The Planned Grant application window is open twice yearly, during the month of October and the month of April. Past grants have ranged from $200 to $2000, although larger requests will be considered if funds are available. Please describe how your project addresses the above priorities and ties to learning objectives. Estimate the number of learners directly impacted by this project. Provide your project's total budget, including supplies, equipment, personnel, and other expenses. List any project revenue or additional leveraged funds (other grants, existing funding, donations, ticket sales, etc.) Describe how your project is eligible for Bonus Points in the following areas: ~ Number of individuals impacted ~ Community engagement ~ Increased teacher proficiency ~ Demonstrated need Describe how you will determine if your project was successful. If you are an employee of the Ashland School District or Our Lady of the Lake School, have you communicated with the school principal or administration about your project? If so, who?
